Next, add the cumin, oregano, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt. 

After the spices are added, add some chili powder, garlic powder, and cayanne pepper flakes. 

Continue to stir the mixture for a minute or two, and then add the black beans and cook them for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours. 

Once the beans are done, remove from the heat and let cool. 

When you’re ready to eat, slice the beans and serve.
